Tuesday

Core 2

11:15 am – 11:45 am

Standing and mat work to increase flexibility and strength related to having a strong core.

Fit 1

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm

Build full-body strength and balance using standing and seated positions.

Wednesday

Fit 3

8:45 am – 9:30 am

High-intensity agility work combines with core-building on the mat

Fit 1

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm

Fit 2

6:30 pm – 7:15pm

Build full-body strength and balance through a combo of standing & mat exercises

Thursday

Stretch 2

9:00 am – 9:45 am

Mat-based stretching classes focus on improving full-body mobility.

Fit 1

12:00 pm – 12:45 pm

Build full-body strength and balance using standing and seated positions.

Mindful Mobility

1:00 pm – 1:45 pm

Friday

Fit 2

9:00 am – 9:45 am

Build full-body strength and balance through a combo of standing & mat exercises

Step & Stretch

10:00 am – 10:30 am
