Kickstart Plan

$100.00 +HST

The Kickstart Plan is the ideal way to try Club Z. This two-month membership includes 10 live classes—virtual or in-studio—so you can experience our physiotherapist-led approach without a long commitment. It’s a simple way to rebuild routine, confidence, and strength.

Completing the Kickstart Plan (or enrolling in an auto-renewing membership) also unlocks access to punch passes for future flexibility.
